This advanced process allows us to seamlessly place small electronic components directly onto the surface of the PCB, resulting in a final product that is not only more reliable but also remarkably compact.

Our meticulous production process begins with the careful loading of the PCB. Next, our state-of-the-art SDP machine automatically applies solder paste with precision. The condition of the solder paste is then verified by our SPI machine, ensuring that the PCB is in optimal condition before moving forward. We use our FUJI NXT III machine to place the small electronic components accurately.

To guarantee reliability and quality, we employ a pre-reflow 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to check that all components are positioned correctly. Once this inspection is complete, we mount additional electronic components using our FUJI XPF and FUJI XP243 machines.

After all components have been placed, our PCBA goes through the reflow oven, where solder paste is melted to ensure perfect connections between the components and the PCB. Finally, we conduct a thorough inspection using our high-resolution after-reflow 3D AOI system to detect any potential errors.
